چکیده

سازمان های نظماشوب، سیستم هایی هستند که دامنه فعالیت آنها در محدوده بین
ثبات و ب یثباتی یا نظم و ب ینظمی قرار دارد و مدیریت هوشمندانه این سازما نها
باعث م یشود که سیستم در حالت تعادل پویا نگهداری شود. مدیریت این سازما نها
که ترکیبی از تعداد زیادی عوامل نامتجانس می باشند که به طور پیوسته با یکدیگر
در تعاملند، از طریق یادگیری مولد امکا نپذیر است. سازمان های نظماشوب از
ویژگی هایی چون هوشیاری، پیوستگی، عدم قطعیت، غیرقابل پیش بینی بودن،
انعطاف پذیری و تحول پیوسته برخوردارند. این مقاله به دنبال شناسایی مفاهیم و
متغیرهای مرتبط با ویژگی های سازمان های نظماشوب است و به این منظور پس از
مرور ادبیات، متغیر های نظماشوبی احصا و در یکی از سازما نها، مورد بررسی قرار
گرفته است. یافته های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، حاکی از آن است که
سازمان های نظماشوب در ایران در برگیرنده هفت بعد اصلی پذیرش نوآوری،
به هم پیوستگی، عدم قطعیت، غیرخطی بودن، غیرمترقبه بودن، ساختار بی قواره و
جذب کارکنان توانمند می باشند

Chaordic Organizations; Concepts and Attributes

چکیده [English]

Chaordic organizations are the systems that maintain their activities
between stability and instability, or chaos and order. A perceptive
management of these organizations can lead them to the optimal
dynamical balance state. These organizations are combinations of
many heterogeneous factors continually interacting with each other
and their management is only possible through generative learning.
Chaordic organizations have certain characteristics such as
Organizational Consciousness, Connectivity, Indetermination,
Unpredictability, Flexibility and Continuous Transformation. The aim
of this article is to identify the concepts and variables relating to the
Chaordic organizations’ characteristics. Hence, initially the literature
was reviewed, and then Chaordic attributes were examined in the
instance organization. EFA analysis shows that Chaordic
organizations in IRAN have seven main attributes including:
acceptance of innovations, connectivity, indeterminacy, nonlinearity,
unpredictability, formless structure, and hiring of empowered
employees.
