Immutability and application of other societies’ technology and ideas without generation of novel ideas and models corresponding to the country’s local conditions will only lead to scientific, cultural and economic dependency. In fact, creativity performance is a function of individual and implicit social factors, and one of the most relevant implicit factors is leadership. In this research, authentic leadership with four dimensions as self-awareness, balanced processing, relational transparency, and internal moral perspective is empirically introduced as a key behavioral model for improvement of employees’ enthusiasm for working and subsequently creativity performance boom in organization. Present research is a field study of descriptive-correlation type and the data of which is gathered using a questionnaire distributed in a sample of 176 managers, experts and workers selected by random cluster sampling method. The data were analyzed using correlation and regression tests including Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Structural Model and Factorial Analysis by aid of SPSS and LISREL. The results indicate that the mediating variable employees’ enthusiasm exercises a relatively full impact on the relationship of authentic leadership with creativity, and authentic leadership by influencing the employees’ enthusiasm for working can play a significant role in promotion of creativity

Initially, Performance appraisal process was just carried out by the executive managers, but recently it has evolved into an evaluation process based on the opinion of different reviewers including: supervisors, collaborators, customers (subordinates) and the employees themselves (360-degree method). Therefore, it seems necessary to develop a unified model in which subjective assessments are weighted and aggregated based on different appraisal resources. So, the main purpose of this paper is to determine the criteria and to present the 360-degree appraisal mathematical model of the national productivity organization of Iran based on de Andrés et al. (2010). This paper is also designed to answer the following questions: 1) what is the type of 360-degree appraisal mathematical model? And 2) is there a significant difference between performance evaluation criteria of different organizational levels of national productivity organization of Iran? To answer stated questions, first the performance appraisal criteria are derived from the literature and are classified into four major categories composed of technical skills, human skills, conceptual skills (Katz’s classification) & individual characteristics,. Then, fuzzy AHP technique is utilized to calculate the importance of each appraisal criterion and each evaluation resource. Finally, personnel’s performance score is calculated on three scenarios through the aggregation mathematical model (using 816 models). The findings of this study indicate that the 360-degree appraisal mathematical model is a linear programming (LP) model. Yet, due to the various weights, performance appraisal criteria are different in each organizational level

Every organization wants to attract, retain and motivate its employees. Many believe that such desire is an initial purpose of any rewardprogram. The total rewards approach provides organizations with atotal solution. By taking Armstrong’s total rewards approach, organizations can achieve the best mix of monetary and non-monetaryrewards. In this research, it is attempted to offer an effective rewardpattern for civil servants regarding the total reward approach. Our datawere gathered by random sampling from the employees of ExportDevelopment Bank of Iran and were analyzed using SPSS 16 andLISREL 8/51. Results of the research show that there is a positivemeaningful correlation among elements of total reward, motivationand performance. Also, there is a positive meaningful causalrelationship between elements of the total reward and motivation, andbetween elements of total reward and performance. There is found nocausal relationship between motivation and performance. Meanwhile, among the elements of total reward, the individual-transactionalrewards and communal-relational rewards have more effect on thedependent variables. It is important to note that the aforesaid relationswere provided by the structural equation modeling.

The present study has been done to determine the relationship between positive organizational behavior and organizational silence. The statistical population consisted of staff offices of Sepah Bank (1905 people); Using Cochran''''''''s formula, 320 people were selected stratified randomly as samples. As for the research objectives, the present study can be classified as an “applied research”, while as for data gathering, it is descriptive as a cross-sectional survey. Data reliability and validity were assessed using Cronbach''''''''s alpha coefficient and consulting managers of Sepah Bank as experts, and the result was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis technique. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling technique based on the results of the LISREL software. Hypothesis test results indicate that the positive organizational behavior has a significant negative relationship with organizational silence. Also results show that all dimensions of positive organizational behavior has a significant negative relationship with acquiescence silence, but about the quiscence silenence, only negative relationship with self-efficacy was confirmed and the relationship of hope, resilience and optimism was not significant with quiescence silence.

Nowadays, organizations have concluded that no other resource than knowledge can situate them most desirably in this competitive world. Therefore, more than any other factor, the spotlight has turnedupon employees as the owners of knowledge. Also ‘knowledge management’ as a tool which can accumulate the existing knowledge, organize it, make it dynamic, and disseminate it in the wholeorganization, has taken on a new significance. But, what matters is the way other dimensions interact, in terms of influence, with the knowledge management. This article studied the effect as well as the relationship between cybernetics – which includes six main dimensions of ‘variety and constraint,’ ‘entropy and nformation,’ ‘thelaw of requisite variety and the decision rule,’ ‘goal-directedness and control’, ‘feedback and distinctions and relations’ – and knowledge management process – which is comprised of four main dimensions of ‘knowledge creation,’ ‘conversion and transfer,’ ‘preservation,’ and ‘application’. Our statistical population included the staff of Farassan Company, and questionnaires were deployed for gathering the data . According to the analysis, dimensions of ‘variety and constraint’ as well as ‘knowledge transfer and conversion’ were excluded on account of having poor indicators. In addition, research results confirmed the conceptual model with the data collected and the fact that a significant relationship between knowledge management process and cybernetics existed.

This paper presents a multi-objective zero-one linear programming model with fuzzy parameters to select a proper portfolio of processes for reengineering in the manufacturing companies. Based on a new setof qualitative and quantitative indicators, an evaluation method is presented to measure and estimate the reengineering effect of processes on the improvement of company performance. Fuzzy sets theory is used because some variables are verbal and we have some uncertain data. So, analytic hierarchy process, multi-criteria group decision making, fuzzy theory and portfolio theory all were used together to develop a process portfolio selection model. In this model, processes which make maximum value for company and cause theleast staff resistance are selected for reengineering. Also considering the membership degree of fuzzy numbers, a novel method is developed to solve multi-objective zero-one linear programming problems with fuzzy parameters. Finally, an illustrative case study is included to demonstrate the efficiency and practicality of the proposed model.

This article is the product of a research taken place in line with thegoals of I.R. of Iran, stated in its vision document, in order for thecountry to reach the defined scientific position. As in the visiondocument has been put a lot of emphasis on scientific development ofthe country towards reaching the ultimate goal of acquiring the firstscientific position in the region, there seems to be a necessity forspecial attention to scientific and R & D centers of the country andmore specifically to the researchers and professionals of this section. On the other hand, acquiring the first economic position of the regionis Iran’s other major goal, to be reached by the end of the visionperiod. For this to take place, it should be considered that economicprosperity of organizations in today’s highly competitive markets, ismostly dependent on the function of R&D centers and their activities;while these centers are heavily dependent on their labor, andconsidering the need of their labor for innovation and creativity, applying a correct leadership and management strategy seemstremendously effective in enhancing the workforce performance andspeeding up the organizations’ progress. In this research, related studies carried out in other parts of the world, were investigated and the local characteristics of the country were alsotaken into consideration. This study is applicable and developingregarding its goal, and descriptive-survey regarding its method. Sinceit has tried to analyze the literature and information obtained from R&D centers to define the leadership strategies of researchers, it can beconsidered a descriptive survey; and since the results obtained, havebeen examined through the survey, we can consider it a survey study. This research was performed in the Niroo Research Institute (NRI) ofMinistry of Energy, as one of the largest national research centers inIran. The population of this study are the expert middle and highmanagers of this institute. Additionally, the validity and reliability of all surveys have beenevaluated and approved.Major results of this paper are the followings: determines appropriatestrategies, and provides an integrated model for leadership ofscientists strategies in R & D sections; provides effective parametersin determining the strategic position in the model. The results of this research, have also been evaluated andimplemented in the NRI.

In light of changing national and international conditions, the field of public administration is going through an exercise of refounding and reinventing. Globalization, technological advancements and ecological concerns have diluted the importance of development administration. This study traces the demise of development administration and presents a new paradigm in the form of sustainable development administration (SDA). The author argues that the paradigm of SDA is markedly different from the traditional paradigm of development administration (DA) in its emphasis, scope, treatment of politics, view of indigenous _cultures, goals, operating mode, decision making system, use of foreign aid and performance accountability. The study concludes by declaring that SDA has the potential to emerge as a New field of study in public administration.
