نگاه یکپارچه به یادگیری در سازمانهای پروژه محور
پروژهها بستر بسیار مستعدی برای یادگیری هستند ولی به دلیل موقت بودن پروژهها یادگیری در سازمانهای پروژه محور رسوب نمیکند. پیشازاین در حوزه سازمانهای عملیاتی مدلهایی برای شکلدهی مفهوم سازمان یادگیرنده ارائه شده ولی این مدلها به دلیل چالشهای خاصی که در سازمانهای پروژه محور حاکم است نمیتوانند در یکپارچه نمودن یادگیری در این نوع سازمانها کاربردی باشند. در این مقاله با بررسی ادبیات و شناسایی 4 محور اصلی مرتبط با یادگیری در سازمانهای پروژه محور، مدلی اولیه برای سازمان یادگیرنده پروژه محور توسعه مییابد. از طریق پژوهش کیفی در دو سازمان پروژه محور صنعت نفت و گاز، کارآیی مدل اولیه بررسی و پس از اصلاحات، مدل نهایی پژوهش ارائه شده است. دادهها از خلال مصاحبه با 20 نفر از متصدیان پروژه در سازمانهای پروژه محور و تحلیل و کدگذاری 615 عبارت به دست آمده است. با توجه به این که بهرهگیری از نگاه کیفی در حوزه سازمان یادگیرنده کمتر مورد توجه بوده و تاکنون مطالعهای که به سازمان یادگیرنده پروژه محور پرداخته باشد مشاهده نشده، تحقیق حاضر بهعنوان یک مطالعه نوآورانه مطرح است.

شایستگی و ارتباط آن با عملکرد کارکنان
امروزه سازمانها برای نیل به اهداف خود به دنبال استقرار سیستمهایی هستند تا فضای مساعد برای افزایش بهرهوری را تضمین کنند. یکی از راههای افزایش بهرهوری انتخاب کارکنان شایسته است. کانون ارزیابی و توسعه ازجمله روشهایی است که با هدف انتخاب، ارتقا و آموزش افراد، مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان نیز جهت بررسی رفتارها و قابلیتهای آنان و رشد و شکوفایی آنها برای رسیدن به اهداف سازمان میباشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر این است که نشان دهد دادههای مبتنی بر نتایج کانون ارزیابی (وضعیت شایستگی کارکنان) تا چه حد با نمرههای عملکرد کارکنان ارتباط معناداری را نشان میدهد. به این منظور شرکتکنندگان در کانون ارزیابی یک بار بر اساس دادههای کانون ارزیابی و یک بار بر اساس ارزیابی عملکرد 360 درجه خوشهبندی شدند و سپس همبستگی میان آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش از نقشههای خودسازمانده برای بخشبندی افراد استفاده شده و دادهها توسط نرمافزار Viscovery Profiler نسخه 5 مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج آزمون توافقی کای دو ، بخشهای حاصل از خوشهبندی انجامشده با دو روش، ارتباطی را با یکدیگر نشان نمیدهند اما بر اساس آزمون ضریب همبستگی، رابطه میان افراد انتخاب شده در کانون ارزیابی برای توسعه و ارزیابی عملکرد آنها رابطه معنادار و مثبتی است.

عوامل موثر بر ادراک در فرایند قانونگذاری
پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر ادراک نمایندگان در فرایند تصویب قوانین انجام گرفت. روش استفاده شده در این تحقیق، نظریه داده بنیاد است. نمونهگیری با استفاده از منطق نمونهگیری نظری و روش قضاوتی هدفمند انجام گرفت و تا حصول اشباع نظری دنبال شد. مجموعاً با 16 نفر از نمایندگان مجلس مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته انجام شد و اسناد مکتوبی همچون مشروح مذاکرات نیز مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. تحلیل دادهها در فرایند کدگذاری منجر به ظهور 53 کد و 9 مفهوم انتزاعی شد که یک مقوله محوری و دو مقوله اصلی را تشکیل دادند. این مقولات در فرایند کدگذاری انتخابی به یکدیگر مرتبط شدند و در نهایت 2 قضیه اصلی و 6 زیرقضیه بدستآمد. تحلیل دادهها، مبین آن است که عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر ادراک نمایندگان از دو مقوله اصلی عوامل محیط خارجی و عوامل محیط داخلی تشکیلشدهاست. عوامل محیط خارجی متشکل از 4 مفهوم فشارهای سیاسی- حقوقی، فشارهای اقتصادی، فشارهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی و فشارهای فناورانه میباشد. عوامل محیطی داخلی از دو مفهوم ساختار و رویههای داخلی سازمان و فرهنگ حاکم بر سازمان تشکیل شده است. ادراک نیز مقوله محوری پژوهش قلمداد شد که خود از دو زیرمقوله شناخت مستقیم و شناخت غیرمستقیم وسه مفهوم معناسازی، معنابخشی و معناشکنی تشکیلشدهاست.

تبارشناسی روشهای تحقیق در علوم انسانی در مسیر تمدن ایرانی- اسلامی
تبارشناسی مجموعه ای از تکنیک های تاریخی مورد استفاده در فلسفه است که برای اولین بار توسط فردریش نیچه، فیلسوف آلمانی و پس از او توسط میشل فوکو، فیلسوف پست- مدرن فرانسوی در مطالعاتشان به عنوان اصلی ترین روش تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله کوشش شده است تا از رویکرد تبارشناسانه به منظور ریشه یابی مبانی معرفت شناختی و هستی شناختی و روش شناختی علوم مدرن در عصر رنسانس استفاده شود تا بتوان نه تنها گفتمان جدیدی را در ارتباط با سنخ شناسی روشهای تحقیق در علوم انسانی ارائه نمود، بلکه به ریشه یابی بنیان های روش شناختی علوم انسانی در مسیر تمدن اسلامی-ایرانی نیز، هرچند به صورت اجمالی، پرداخت. نظریه ای که در مقاله ی حاضر مطرح می شود بیان می کند که روش های علمی ظهور یافته در عصر رنسانس از دیر باز مورد استفاده ی محققین و علمای ایرانی-اسلامی قرار می گرفتند. مطالعات تبارشناسانه به ما نشان می دهد که خاستگاه بسیاری از روش های متداول علمی در علوم انسانی که در علوم مدرن مورد استفاده پژوهشگران قرار می گیرند به قرن ها قبل در مسیر تمدن ایرانی-اسلامی بر میگردد.

فرآیند درون فردی مشارکت در تسهیم دانش
هدف این پژوهش، کاوش در فرآیند درون فردی مشارکت کارکنان در تسهیم دانش میباشد. در این تحقیق روش پژوهش ترکیبی استفاده شد. در ابتدا دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق با تعداد 30 نفر از مدیران ارشد، میانی و کارمندان یکی از سازمانهای دولتی و سازمانهای خصوصی وابسته به آن که در صنعت برق استان یزد فعالاند، به دست آمد و از طریق کدگذاری باز و محوری، یافتهها در قالب مدل نظری تدوین شد. سپس بر اساس نتایج حاصله از کدگذاری، پرسشنامه تهیه و در اختیار 248 نفر از اعضای سازمانهای مذکور قرار گرفت. دادههای به دست آمده از 164 پرسشنامه برگشتی جهت آزمون فرضیات تحقیق از طریق آزمون مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نیز پایایی و روایی مدل با استفاده از نرم افزار SMART PLS استفاده شد. یافتهها حاکی از روایی و پایایی مدل بوده و محاسبه شاخصهای برازش نیز انطباق چارچوب مفهومی با واقعیت را تائید کرد. بر اساس یافتهها نشان داده شد که نگرش مثبت فرد در مورد تسهیم دانش، باورهای کلی فرد، امیال و علاقهها و روحیات فرد، شخصیت، مشخصات ژنتیکی، خانوادگی و تحصیلی، رفتار گیرنده دانش در ایجاد حس خوب مؤثر است و منجر به میل به تسهیم دانش میگردد. از طریق آزمون رگرسیون، نقش مداخلهگرایانه واحد سازمانی، مکان سازمان، نوع کار و زمان تسهیم دانش در ایجاد میل به تسهیم دانش نیز مورد تائید واقع شد. بهطور کلی در این مطالعه با رویکردی اکتشافی ترکیبی، مشخص شد که عوامل درون فردی در میل به تسهیم دانش مؤثر بوده و لذا سازمان میتواند با تقویت این عوامل، مشارکت در تسهیم دانش را افزایش دهد.

طراحی و تبیین مدل شایستگی در ارتباطات بین فردی سازمانی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی شایستگیهای ارتباطی بین فردی در سازمان و نیز شناسایی ابعاد و تعیین نحوه تعامل بین آنهاست. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و توسعهای و شامل دو بخش تحلیلی و کمی و استفاده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری است. جامعه آماری آن در بخش تحلیلی جمعی از خبرگان دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی تمام کارکنان دستگاههای اجرایی استان خراسان شمالی میباشند که از طریق نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی 17 نفر از جامعه اول و از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 373 نفر از جامعه دوم بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش تحلیلی جدول ماتریسی محققساخته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامههای استاندارد هستند که پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی در بین نمونه آماری توزیع شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد ابعاد مهم شایستگی ارتباطی بین فردی در سازمان عبارتانداز؛ همدلی، دیگرمحوری، خودگشودگی، مدیریت تعارض، مدیریت تعاملات، انعطافپذیری، جراتمندی، راحتی اجتماعی، بیانگری، مستقیم و بیواسطه بودن، حمایتگری، تاثیرگذاری بر دیگران و هدفمحوری؛ که در پنج سطح تعاملی مختلف با یکدیگر رابطه مثبت و معنیداری دارند. نتایج این پژوهش میتواند مدیران و کارکنان را در شناسایی و تقویت شایستگیهای ارتباطی بین فردی و دستیابی به ارتباطات سازمانی اثربخش یاری دهد.
