Fundamental personality structures, behaviours, communication skills have a significant effect on individuals. One of these fundamental structures is cognitive schemas. Moreover, Hence, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between managers’ cognitive schemas and leadership style with their communication style. Method: the current study is a descriptive-survey study. The statistical population includes all the senior managers in non-governmental organizations. 185 senior managers were selected through convenience sampling method and completed Fideller Leadership Style Questionnaire, Barton Communication Skills and Yang Schema questionnaires. Data were analyzed utilizing stepwise multiple regression methods. Results: Results showed that schemas such as defectiveness/shame, obedience, mistrust and emotional deprivation can predict managers’ leadership style. Additionally, some of the schemas including entitlement, sacrifice, defectiveness/shame and unrelenting standards anticipate their communication skills. Conclusion: In order to assessing managers cognitive and fundamental personality structure can help to predict his/her leadership style and communication skills}, keywords = {leadership style,Communication skills,Cognitive Schemas,managers}, title_fa = {تبیین ‌سبک‌های رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: جایگاه و نقش مدیران به­علت تأثیری که بر افراد زیردست و همچنین بر عملکرد یک سیستم و به­طور خاص یک سازمان می­گذارند، از اهمیت به­سزایی برخوردار است. در این میان، ساختار­های بنیادین شخصیتی، رفتار­ها و سبک­های ارتباطی افراد از جمله مدیران را تحت‌تأثیر قرار می­دهند. یکی از این ساختارهای بنیادین، طرح­واره­های شناختی هستند. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین طرح­واره­های شناختی مدیران با سبک رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی آنها است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران ارشد شرکت‌ها و سازمان­های خصوصی شهر تهران بودند که در دوره‌های اجباری سازمان‌ برای ارتقای مهارت‌های مدیریتی که توسط دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه تهران برگزار می‌شد شرکت نموده بودند (از جمله مدیران هلدینگ فناوا، شاتل، بیمه پارسیان، فرمند، داروسازی سبحان و گروه هتل‌های هما) که از میان آن‌ها ۱۸۵ نفر در پژوهش شرکت داشته و به پرسش­نامه­های سبک رهبری فیدلر، مهارت‌های ارتباطی بارتون و فرم کوتاه طرح‌واره یانگ پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده­ها از شاخص­های آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون چندگانه به روش گام­به­گام استفاده شد. یافته­ها: طرح­واره­های نقص­و­شرم، اطاعت، بی‌اعتمادی و محرومیت هیجانی، سبک رهبری مدیران و همچنین طرح­واره­های استحقاق، ایثار، نقص­و­شرم و معیارهای سرسختانه، مهارت‌های ارتباطی آنان را پیش­بینی می­کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: برای پیش­بینی سبک رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران می­توان از بررسی ساختار­های شخصیتی بنیادین و به­طور خاص طرح­واره­های شناختی بهره برد.}, keywords_fa = {سبک رهبری,مهارتهای ارتباطی,طرحواره های ناسازگار شناختی,مدیران}, url = {https://jmsd.atu.ac.ir/article_10728.html}, eprint = {https://jmsd.atu.ac.ir/article_10728_e35a5d0709db2c3f12a0afd60625ac61.pdf} }
