What today is named Behavioral Sciences is not anything except a means for increasing efficiency and effectiveness. In other words, most behaviorists look at behavior as a means for achieving the organizational goals. In Islamic Management' attempts are made to improve those human behaviors which might help to get closer to the almighty. With such a position, the question is: what is the means of Islamic Management for increasing efficiency & effectiveness? Which way has offered for achieving the goals in organizations by Islam without using behavior as a means? Does Islam have any technique for this purpose or the Ollama should find the means (Feghh) and offer to people?

Negotiating is the process of communicating back and forth for the purpose of reaching a joint agreement about differing needs or ideas. For successful negotiations, both parties should come to the negotiating table with having done some serious thinking about the barriers to and complexities of cross- cultural communications. There are four phases in negotiations: relationship building, information exchange, persuasion, and agreement. Beneath cultural differences in negotiation norms, are differences in underlying values and philosophies about the negotiation process. Among different strategies of negotiations: win-win, win-lose, and lose-lose, the first strategy is the best because it will help both sides to get benefit out of negotiation process.

Today we are facing with a turbulent world full of complexity and change. Contemporary problems are too complicated for rational, logical solutions. They admit insights, not answers. Chaos theory is a solution to reveal insights into the structure and the dynamics of complex systems. Chaos theory is in formative stage, but we can use it in management practices. This article is about applications of chaos theory in management. Butterfly effect, dynamic adaptation, self-similarity, and strange attractors are four main characters of chaos theory which are described in the article and their reflections in management are presented in details.

The use of a single research method design can hardly bring to light multiple aspects of a social phenomenon. The interdisciplinary characteristics of organization and management, requires the student of the field to go beyond traditional approaches normally used in social science studies. The researcher has to apply triangulation in order to unmusk many facets of organizational phenomenon. This article argues that describing organizational elephant demands the researcher to use a pluralistic methodology. The authors try to present a conceptual framework to be used in carrying out a multimethod design in organizational studies.

This paper undertakes some statistical studies of the workplace accidents in the Iranian Edible Vegetable Oil Industries (as a class of strategic important industries), by employing methods widely applied in the studies of this nature. In the analysis, such factors and variables as age, gender, marital status of this victims, time and place of accidents, causes there of, training of safety principles or the lack of it, rehabilitation period, and correlation between the involved variables are considered and, thus, recommendations are made towards the more prevention of the workplace accidents in the Iranian Edible Vegetable Oil Industries.
