At present, after the financial, social and human capitals, psychological capital can be as a source of sustainable competitive advantage for organizations. Positive psychological capital, is a relatively new concept that today enterd in the field of organizational behavior from positive psychology and remembered as a competitive advantage . This capital is expandable and provides good potential for excellence in employee performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of welfare facilities on the promotion of positive psychological capital by quasi-experimental study of positive psychological capital changes in staff, before and after using welfare facilities, by Luthans questionnaire (2007). The population of this study includes employees of National Iranian Oil Company that have used services of Mahmoodabad recreational and training complex in in the first six months of 2016. The results of the random sample (344 people), show that the dimensions of positive psychological capital has increased significantly.

Nowadays, particular attention and investment on positive aspects is necessary for organizations success. In this regard, positive organizational behavior and its various aspects create psychological capital which, in researchers' view, can provide competitive advantage for organizations. Obtaining competitive advantage is of high importance and priority for organization in different industries. With regard to high completion in food industries and based on thorough investigations, Kaleh food industries, known as a famous brand inside and outside Iran, were selected as the case study.The data collection instrument was questionnaire. The Reliability and Validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and Construct and Content Reliability, respectively. For data analysis, correlation coefficient, average test and t-test were calculated, and construct equation modeling was presented. The findings of the study confirmed the significant effect of all four dimensions of positive organizational behavior on competitive advantage.

On the other hand, to keep that presence in global markets, organizations need to make use of novel ideas in the market. One of the latest innovation paradigms in the organization leading to competitive companies, is known as open innovation. In this paradigm, efficient interaction with the outside inshrutions of the organizational including the competitors may be present throughout the process of innovation. therefore, this study aimed at investigating the impact of positive organizational behavior & Open innovation on the improve of competitive advantage. Kaleh Food industries, as one of the international brands with a great diversity in products and using open innovation in producing similar to foreign products has been investigated in the present study. the methodology of this study is Descriptive and Correlational. 170 manager & experts of Kaleh food industries participated in the study, 118 of which were selected as the sample group by random selection. First and second hypothesis stating the impact of positive organizational behavior on open innovation and positive organizational behavior on competitive advantage, respectively, was confirmed. , however, the third hypothesis stating the impact of open innovation on competitive advantage was not confirmed

In traditional views it was expressed the “financial capital” and human and social resource, have the most important role in success of an organization. But recently the organizational research s attention was focused on abilities & positive traits in people and important of positive environment. Having described, by advanced technology and facilities, social capital interaction between human resource and social experience, the organizational success cannot be guaranteed. But the positive trait of employees is more important issue. This study has to examine the impact of positive organizational behavior and organizational citizen behavior on the employees of Tehran Metro Company. The main goal or orientation of this study is : descriptive quantitative. Data is collected through questionnaires and sample is 150 persons from employees of holding department of Tehran Metro and type of sample collection is: simple random the collected data were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. The researcher in this study used path analysis test and structural equation modeling to explain the finding. The result showed the positive organizational behavior and organizational citizen behavior have an positive and significant impact on the quality of working life of Tehran Metro employees.
