The banking industry and the desirable performance of banks have a significant impact on the country's economic development. The environmental factors affecting the industry, such as the complex global economy, the economic climate of the country influenced by economic sanctions, as well as the growth of private banks and financial and credit institutions, have led banks to attract, cultivate and sustain people in order to sustain its growth and survival and to gain superior competitive advantage. Therefore, the design of a system that allows banks to attract, develop, and maintain a talented personnel is one of the needs of this industry. Therefore, the present study amid to design a talent management model in the banking industry. The present research has interpretive philosophical foundations and its orientation is developed and applied. The approach of this research is inductive and a qualitative method for its implementation is used. The field study method and the strategy of the grounded theory were used. The method of data collection was interview and to select a sample, a combination of purposeful or judging methods and snowball method and theoretical sampling were used. In the present research, the paradigm model of talent management was identified in the role of causal, subjective, interventional, main phenomena and outcomes, design and development, and the dimensions of planning talent, acquire talent,, talent development, applying talent, retaining talent, for the main phenomenon have been identified

The present research was performed with the aim of expounding the role of talent management on organizational resilience with the role of mediator of knowledge sharing and psychological contract fulfillment in industrial towns of Mazandaran province. This research in terms of purpose, is practical and in terms of data gathering method, is descriptive- survey of the type of correlation. The statistical population of this research included all the active companies with more than 50 employees located in Amol, Babol and Babolsar industrial towns to 77 companies which 64 companies have been selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by standard questionnaires with appropriate reliability and validity from top managers or human resources of companies and their talented employees. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used using SPSS and PLS software. The results of the research indicate that talent management has a positive and significant relationship with organizational resilience. Also the results showed that talent management activities have affected the talent's understanding of fulfilling their unwritten expectations by the organization and cause their psychological contract fulfillment. Psychological contract fulfillment also has a positive effect on the attitude and willingness talents for knowledge sharing, and finally, the sharing of knowledge of talents has a significant relationship with organizational resilience.

Entrepreneurial behavior in the public sector is attractive for experts because of its prominent role in achieving competitive advantage. Talent management is among the variables affecting on entrepreneurial behavior directly and by mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The objective of recent research is to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the relationship between talent management and entrepreneurial behavior in public sector. This research is a kind of correlation- descriptive research that has been conducted through a survey. The population has consisted of employees in public organizations of Kerman city. They are all graduates and have organizational positions and 286 persons have been selected as of sample using Cochran’s formula. The data gathering tool has been 4 questionnaires that the validity and reliability of the questionnaires approved. Descriptive and inferential statistical (structural equation modeling) have been used to analyze the data. The results of this research confirmed the conceptual model, also showed that talent management beyond its direct impact, exerts indirect impact on entrepreneurial behavior through the mediators of job satisfaction and organizational commitment that the extent of indirect impact is significantly higher than direct impact. Human resources today is the most important factor in the success of their organizations. In this context, one way to achieve competitive advantage is talent and abilities of employees. Talent management in the organization is a very essential factor for optimum use of human resources. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of shared leadership on talent management. The Statistical community of the research includes all 280 employees of the telecommunications company of Esfahan. The sample size was determined 162 people based on the Grjsy and Morgan table. To collect data was used two standard questionnaires; shared leadership Cawthorne (2010) and talent management Madadi (1393). The validity was confirmed by content validity and diagnostic validity (average variance extracted (AVE)). Also Composite Reliability (CR) and Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient were used for examining and confirming the reliability of the questionnaires. The structural equation model and research hypotheses were tested using AMOS software. The main hypothesis results showed that the path coefficient for shared leadership's effect on talent management is 0/57. Also dimensions of shared leadership, includes with respect to the value of the 0/45, 0/39, 0/55 and 0/48 have an impact on talent management, Respectively

At this time, focus on available resources is extraordinary important due competition among organizations for more advantages. The organizations couldn’t have been affected on environment and overcome in competition if they have had the best technology and provisions but also without expert human resources. Nowadays, the organizations have found that talents are resources which they must be management for the best results. This study examines the relationship between talent management and organization performance. This is application study in order to objective and descriptive-correlation in nature. The population of this study is Guilan Ports and Maritime organization in1390 and over 281 emplogees which collected by Morgan table and stratified random sampling method with 162 samples. For data collecting used by a questionnaire contended 41 questions composed of 26 questions for talent management processes and 15 ones for organizational performance. For analyzing the fitness of questionnaire and constructs of research, CFA method and goodness of fit indices were used. For analyzing of data pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with using of Enter method were used
