The aim of the current research was to identify the components of psychological empowerment at three levels in the country's water and sewage industry, which was done with a mixed exploratory approach. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive method. Managers and experts related to human resources of the country's water and sewage industry have formed the research community. In order to collect information in the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 20 key informants who were selected by a targeted method until saturation. To analyze the data , thematic analysis method was used, which finally resulted in 18 themes at the organization level, including human resources development, organizational climate, monitoring and evaluation of employee performance, credit allocation; at the group level, five themes include group cohesion, group learning, group self-confidence, group success, group identity; and at the individual level, 11 themes were identified, including seeking success, religious attitude, and employee responsibility. In the quantitative part, an available sample was selected from the employees of the country's water and sewage industry, and the findings of the qualitative part were checked and confirmed with reference to the structural equation modeling method.

The purpose of present study is Investigating the effect of organizational health on employee job performance with explaining the mediating role of empowerment. In addition, the theoretical literature and testing the hypotheses of the study have also been reviewed. In the frame of a survey, to select sample from the population including the entire staffs of executive entities of Sirjan city, 274 people were selected as the sample by random stratified method. After questionnaire distribution, for data analyzing was applied in two descriptive and inferential statistics levels. The construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. Reliability of the instrument was calculated as 0.897 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze data, statistical tests Parametric tests of t, correlation coefficient and structural equation model were applied by using the software LISREL. The results indicate the presence of a significant relation between organizational health and job performance, between organizational health and staffs empowering, as well as between empowering staffs and job performance of staffs.

The purpose of this study was "Relationship between psychological empowerment and Effective factors of the productivity of human resources. This study was a descriptive study that was conducted in manner correlation and the type of target, was applications And the survey was used for gathering data. all facilities department staff of different branches of Bank Melli of Mash’had were chosen randomly as the sample. The data were collected by the Spreitzer’sstandard psychological empowerment questionnaire with a 92% reliability coefficient as well as the Goldsmith’s Effective factors of productivity of human resources standard questionnaire with a 93% reliability coefficient. The data were also analyzed by the Pearson’s correlation test, linear regression analysis, and T-test. The results show that psychological empowerment and Effective factors of productivity of human resources have a positive and significant relation (52%) and based on the findings, the psychological empowerment predicts a 30% of productivity for human resources among the staff. As can be suggested by the results, the factor impact as one of the psychological empowerment components with a β= 46% has the most meaningful effect on the Effective factors of productivity of human resources with a 5% level. The positive coefficient suggests that the higher the factor, the higher the productivity for human resources. It is recommended that organizations apply the different methods for the psychological empowerment creation and reinforcement to improve the productivity of human resources and ultimately the organizational productivity.

This research is a descriptive research that has done by using of survey and correlation methods. The statistical populations are west Tehran’s Branches personnel of considered bank, which selected 200 samples by one stage cluster sampling. The required data has gathered by using of questionnaire tool and has analyzed via statistical techniques such as spearman correlation coefficient, linear multiple regression and stepwise regression tests. Also, we show the direct and indirect effects of variables on themselves by using of path analysis graph.
The empirical results show that top management to service quality effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. But, only job satisfaction variable effect on employees’ performance. Other results indicate training, empowerment and reward factors as management commitment dimension to service quality have significant relation with organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
