The journal of science and research of Management Studies (Improvement and Development) belong to Allameh Tabataba'i University In order to provide the latest theoretical and scientific findings on management focusing on the issues of evolution management.The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the form and content of the articles in this Journal. The research method is qualitative and based on content analysis and a descriptive-analytical approach is used to describe and evaluate the content of the articles in the target community. The statistical population of this study, 163 articles published in the last 7 years from No: 63 (spring 2011) to No: 86 (winter 2018) is the «Management Studies in Development and Evolution Journal». In order to describe the objective and qualitative content of the concepts, systematically and in the form of 11 parameters has been done. The results of the thematic study show that the articles are categorized in 13 general topics and 55 sub-topics, among which the subject of organizational behavior was the most discussed topic in the papers with the remaining 41/20 percent. Also, the rate of participation of researchers was well evaluated, as 417 researchers contributed to the writing of 163 articles, while the participation of Tehran universities was higher. Investigating research methods showed that descriptive-applied articles, quantitative research method and questionnaire's tools were well-known techniques of researchers in this field.

Complex nature of personality caused the various theory that one of the most famous, is McCrae and Costa (1987) five-factor theory. In view of the personality and its role on emotional intelligence and organizational change and also, with the choice of McCrae and Costa five-factor model, this study is considering the impact of five factors characters on emotional intelligence and organizational development. Present study is a descriptive survey and to collect data, a questionnaire has been used that 386 numbers of employees in the banking sector, hospitals, engineering firms, educational institutions, building companies and service companies in Tehran were selected as research sample. In this research, for data analysis, hypothesis and model testing, Cronbach's alpha coefficient test, Pearson correlation, structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used under the both SPSS and LISREL software’s. Research findings indicate a significant effect of "Neuroticism", "Extraversion", "Openness", "Agreeableness" and "Conscientiousness" on "Emotional Intelligence" as well as "Emotional Intelligence" on "Organizational development

Sustainable Organizational Development, 2. Increased Productivity 3. Organizational Excellence and Development, 4. Employees Excellence, 5. Customer-Related Excellence, 6. Competitive Advantage, 7. Organizational Agility and 8. Increased Organizational Adaptability.The present work was conducted with the aim to measure the effect of organizational maturity on each of the above eight components at Mobarakeh Steel Company in 2010. In this study a statistical population comprising Mobarakeh Steel Company managers and professionals, 95 in number and a sample of 76 people were selected randomly based on the Morgan table. An inventory was developed to measure the effect of organizational maturity on maturity components. Having collected the data, the researcher analyzed the data using SPSS, Minitab, T-test and Tukey Posttest. The results indicated that the effect of individual maturity on organizational excellence was 47.86 %, the effect of procedural maturity 49.36 % and the effect oforganization maturity was 49.44 %. A study of reliability and internal validity of the test revealed that the reliability of the inventory was 0.921.
