The main objective of this study is to analyze the effects of Hackman and Oldham job characteristics on pro-social rule breaking based on the mediating effects of self-efficacy of employees. This study is a descriptive survey. The sample consisted of 354 Municipal workers in Shiraz who were selected randomly by class selection method from ten regions of Shiraz municipality. Data collection included three questionnaires: Machiavellian Personality Scale (MPS) (Dahling et al.), Oldham and Hackman Job Motivation Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale (Bossche and Smit). The results of the tests revealed that task significance, task identity, and job autonomy had a positive significant effect on pro-social rule breaking. The task significance path coefficient (0.25) had the greatest impact on pro-social rule breaking. Task identity (with a path coefficient of 0.24), and job autonomy (path coefficient: 0.14) had the greatest impact, respectively. Skill variety and feedback had no significant effect on employees' pro-social rule breaking. Finally, it can be concluded that job autonomy, task identity and task significance can result in pro-social rule breaking.

For comprehensive analysis of employees` personality outcomes it is necessary to consider the role of situational factors. The purpose of present study is to investigate the influence of proactive personality on employees` voice behavior in which the moderating role of perceived organizational support as well as job characteristics have been considered. These relationships have been explored within the Telecommunication Infrastructure Company in Tehran with a descriptive-survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaire and was analyzed via inferential statistical techniques as well as structural equation modeling by SPSS and AMOS softwares. Findings show the effect of proactive personality on employees` voice behavior. Meanwhile, the moderating effects of perceived organizational support and job characteristics were supported so that as the positive perceptions of employees` about job characteristics and organizational support increase, the effect of proactive personality on voice behavior increases as well. Also, the moderating role of perceptions about job characteristics was greater than the moderating role of perceived organizational support.

Today, in organizations large events happen because of influence from environmental factors, competition, changes. Art of people is adaption to new working and organizational environment and prevent of it’s domination on their spirit, and also this is the art of personal and management. One of the most important and sensitive issues is occupational Plateau that completely recognition that can be overcome to any adversity and it’s cause. This study from Dimension of The purpose is application and from Dimension of method is survey method. The overall objective of this study is: The effects of job characteristics on occupational Plateau in Welfare Organization of East Azarbaijan Province. The population of study is 230 employees. The questionnaire collected information that the operational definition based on job characteristics and occupational Plateau by Hokman and Oldham’s theory and another is based on the theory of Bardwick. SPSS software was used to measure the reliability that, 0/730 and 0/760 were obtained . Questionnaires, collect the resulting data, summarization, and classification and using descriptive and inferential statistics (test Regression two variables) were analyzed. The results indicated that job characteristics and it’s dimensions on occupational Plateau in staff of Welfare of East Azarbaijan province are effective.
