Abstract Managerial effectiveness has always been one of the most important expectations of organizations from managers. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of teaching Neuro Linguistic Programming and transactional analysis on managerial effectiveness. The research design was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test, control group and 2 months follow up. The population was all the middle male managers of Pars Khodro Company, and the sample consisted of 66 managers who distributed randomly in the experimental and control groups. The instruments of this study were: Gupta Management effectiveness Questionnaire, Transactional Analysis Protocol Based on Moradi, Shafiabadi and Salimi Protocol (2016) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Protocol Based on Kajbaf, Moqaddas and Aghaei Protocol (2011). To analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance was used. Findings showed a significant difference between the mean of managerial effectiveness in the experimental and the control groups and showed that the Transactional analysis method has a significant effect on increasing the managerial effectiveness scores of managers; But this effect was not significant in Neuro Linguistic Programming method .Also, the pairwise comparison of the means indicated that Transactional analysis training was more effective than the Neuro Linguistic Programming training on managerial effectiveness. Therefore, it can be concluded that managers can increase their effectiveness by learning Transactional analysis techniques, and organizations can increase the productivity of their managers by holding these training courses.

Present research with objective of offering solutions to persuade consumers to purchase and use green products has identified and suggested new and comprehensive model of effective factors on consumers' attitude and green purchase intention. This research is descriptive-surveying type and its statistical society is Allameh Tabataba'i University students that data is gathered by questionnaire from 402 people. In order to analyze data, structural equation modeling (SEM), confirmative function analysis (CFA), hierarchical regression, One way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and T test with two independent samples have been used. Data analysis results show positive and significant effect of “environmental attitudes”, “health consciousness”, “environmental knowledge” and “collectivism” variables on “attitude toward green products”, but “interpersonal influences” on attitude toward green products was not significant. Moreover, results showed that attitude toward green products has positive and significant effect on “green products purchasing intention” and variables of “willingness to pay” and “product perceived necessity” have been known as mediator and moderator variables, respectively. Finally, according to achieved results, solutions have been suggested to influence on consumers attitude and consequently persuade them to buy green products.

In recent years vast argument has been developed on the subject or selection or an appropriate model for economic development. There arc several conflicting views on this matter, opposing social justice with economic development.
It is claimed that government controlled economy ts concerned basically with social justice, contrary to, free market economy, which is more concerned with economic development.
IL is tried, in this article. based on Henry Mintzber g view. to suggest that government controlled economy and free market economy are not located at the extreme ends of a continuum. They are so close to each other that resemble the two ends or a horseshoe.
Based on this view a proper model for development is not any of these two; but
somewhere in between, regarding the environmental condition, particularly if there arc professional manager Lo handle both the economic aspect as well as social responsibility
Regarding the importance of having professional managers it is tried to explain the concept of profession and the criteria for professional development. Regarding to the model, the proper mixes of government controlled and free market economy model with emphasis on the necessity for professional managers.
With regard to the political and development status of the country and also cultural aspects of mutual confidence, two matrices are presented and it is claimed that these contingencies dictate the proper model.

Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire and its reliability was calculated to be 0.91, which indicates the validity of the questionnaire. The identified needs were analyzed using SPss24 software. A one-way chi-square test was used to identify the appropriate method to meet the identified needs. Based on the kjhd [obtained], all identified methods to meet the needs were approved.

Competency and competency-based management has been considered widely in recent years. Despite this fact, less attention has been paid to competencies of strategy consultants. This study aims to discover the competencies, determine the relative importance of each competency and finally suggest a comprehensive competency model for strategy consultants. So a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research was conducted. At the first stage (qualitative research) based on the data approach of Glaser grounded theory and through deep interviews with 21 experts in strategy consulting, 25 competencies of strategy consultants were identified. At the second stage (quantitative research), by fuzzy Dematel method, relative importance of these competencies and the relationships between them have been identified and finally a comprehensive model has been presented. Among the important results of this research is that at the level of main categories, personality competencies and at the level of sub-categories, management and organizational knowledge, strategic thinking, mindfulness and leading the leaders are of the highest importance and effectiveness.

The research method is divided into two parts: qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative research was done by interview with thirteen staff members who provided sufficient information in the field. They were interviewed and a paradigm model was obtained by using the data theory approach. In the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to test the model. Its validity was confirmed by the supervisors and advisors. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to be 0.866 for reliability. A total of 363 questionnaires were randomly distributed among the employees of government agencies. In the qualitative part, the factors that have contributed to the prevalence of cyberloafing, and the consequences are also classified into three groups: individual, group, organizational. The formation bases of a community are shared understanding, similar perspective, and shared beliefs and values. Information conveyance is one of the mechanisms of providing a shared language and its responsibility lies on the shoulder of all authorities and employees. There is a group of people playing roles in effective information conveyance systems in order to create a shared mentality. Such a mentality is one of the factors of creating organizational cooperation for the achievement of goals. The presence of an organizationally shared mental framework means the transference of the organization's main concerns into different organizational layers (managers, employees, experts, operators and repairmen) which need nearly same reactions. In today's business, the presence of an organizationally shared mental framework, as a capability, plays a vital role in competitive advantage. The present study aims at investigating the level of significance of the company's major issues from the viewpoint of the managers, employees, experts, operators and repairmen as well as the level of shared understanding of Mobarakeh Steel Company's major issues in 2011.Asample of 246 people has been randomly selected from amongst the statically population of 650 managers, employees, experts, operators and repairmen of the company. A questionnaire, related to the shared understanding of the organization's major issues, was devised and after the process of data collection, these data was submitted to and analyzed by using T-test, TUKEY test and ANOVA. The findings of the study suggest that, in general, the employees' shared understanding of the major issues gets to 76.01%.The investigation of the test's internal validity suggests that the reliability of the questionnaire is 0.979.
