Therefore, they tried combinational studies which would provide them with the extract of the current studies related to a special subject in a more systematic way. Due to the importance of the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, this study has reviewed 8 articles aiming for merging quantitative results of studies regarding the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior in Iran, using meta-analysis method and comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA2).The results of meta-analysis indicates that there is a higher than average relevance between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (with average effect-size of 0.6). Among the transformational leadership attributes, idealized behaviors with the effect-size of 0.62 has the greatest effect-size regarding organizational citizenship behavior and individual considerations with the effect-size of 0.54 has the least effect-size regarding organizational citizenship behavior.

The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by using the content validity method and their reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. In this study, to test and test the hypotheses and conceptual model, the structural equation approach and Smart Pls2 and Spss 19 software were used. The results of examining the hypotheses showed that social wear has a positive and significant effect on organizational inertia. In addition, the comparison of the results showed that among the dimensions of social Undermining, supervisor wear has the highest impact on organizational inertia. Human resource flexibility has become an undeniable imperative in the uncertainty and dynamic environment of today since it gives organization the appropriate response to the fast environmental changes. While researchers in strategic human resource management consider human resource flexibility as a source of sustainable competitive advantage for the firms, the process through which human resource flexibility have been affected organizational performance has not been empirically investigated. Based on the study of 123 organizational units in 17 insurance companies operating in Iran, this paper tries to clarify the content of the causal relationship between human resource flexibility and organizational performance by extending and testing the causal model. Evidence indicates that HR flexibility has a positive effect on the organizational performance in insurance companies. Results of structural equation modeling of the causal model indicate that all the path’s coefficients are significant, so all the research hypotheses are supported. The research findings suggest that, between the dimensions of HR flexibility, skill flexibility has the greatest effect on the organizational performance. Therefore, employee skills and their ability to acquire new skills, play an important role in competitive advantage and performance in insurance companies.

Past studies suggest that the structure and composition of
ownership affect a firm's goals, strategy and I or performance. Most of these studies, rely mainly on cross sectional, multivariate analysis, that tend to reduce the complexity of the corporate ownership concentration, ignoring, interaction amongst different forms of ownership, and their effect on firm strategy and I or performance. Focusing on the role of institutional owners, this study poses the following question: (1) What is the relationship between institutional investors shareholding and firm performance? (2) Does the size of shareholding by other groups of stockholders, modify this relationship? And ,does corporate governance of a firm and its ownership structure perse, describe differences in performance of the firms. The data sample is based on 131 non-financial companies listed in the stock exchange of Tehran. Data were collected for a 5 year period (1996-2000). Results from Anova, component analysis and multivariate analysis indicate that, the size of outside institutional stockholding have significant effect is greater for smaller firms. Further investigation, shows that other groups of stock holders do not supplement the relationship between institutional shareholding and firm performance Findings also suggest that the ownership structure and governance of the firm can partly define the variation in firm performance.

This fuzzy logic model (conceptual framework) is presented in Matrix (PTO Decision Matrix).PTO Decision Matrix has 11 Rows and 11 Columns that contain characteristics of services. Inputs of model are characteristics of services and output is Propensity to outsource

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of different gamification mechanics on the user engagement in mobile applications using objective and subjective data. In this study, we evaluated user engagement in “BESHNO” audiobook application as a case study by comparison between results of objective and subjective data. The research method of this study is descriptive-correlational, causal-comparative and experimental. The sample size of this study is 390 users of the "BESHNO" audio book application (130 users per each gamification mechanic). The results of this study showed that based on the objective and subjective data analysis, using different gamification mechanics has a different effect on the amount and dimensions of user engagement. There is also a significant difference between the findings of objective and subjective data analysis regarding the level of user engagement. However, there is a similar pattern in objective and subjective data analysis when using different gamification mechanics. In addition, the results of this study showed that the "Badge" gamification mechanic is the most effective and the "Reward" gamification mechanic is the least effective mechanics on user engagement.

In this paper a new method and a new software is presented for calculating the fractal dimension of numerical systems in management. Fractal dimension software, which is prepared in windows area, utilize for systems with two parameters (x,y) or three parameters (x.y,z). In this method fractal dimension of outputs is determined. It is a linear relation between fractal dimension and chaos, therefore with arising the fractal dimension, the chaos of system will increases. As result in this method the effectiveness of a system can be studied. Finally, the applied of method is con finned with a case study of education system of a university.
