Purpose - To promote knowledge about how the process of change and its performance is implemented, and the complex environment in which public organizations operate. Methodology - The combination of three government offices in Mashhad was selected for a case study. This integration was carried out in an environment increasingly complicated by the progressive development of implementing the process. The main method of collecting data was interviewing managers who participated in organizational change. A total of 19 interviews were conducted. Interviews were coded using Atlas.ti software. Findings- Analyzes show that a high degree of complexity of the environment forces public organizations to adopt a planned approach from top to bottom, while the effectiveness of such an approach is limited to the simultaneous change of a complex environment. In addition, the routine change leadership activities is not sufficient to implement a change in a complicated environment. In order to overcome environmental dependence and maintain current trend in change process, public managers must be involved in leadership activities focusing on external environment. Innovation - The hypotheses can be further tested in future research and provides a basis for future research in the field of change management in public organizations. Focusing on the process and not paying attention just to the feedback of the process and the pre-process schema is the distinction of the present research

bThe present paper, which can be regarded as a kind of philosophical management study, is based on the hypothesis that philosophy and management can interact and thus enhance their ability and effectiveness. Based on this hypothesis, management can provide new subjects for philosophical reflections, and philosophy can also diversify and deepen the management and organizational studies. The claim of the role of philosophy in the field of management is not limited to managerial and organizational studies, but in this paper, the emphasis is placed on the fact that, in addition to the theoretical sphere, managers who have philosophical insights practically will be wiser, more influential and more successful executives. Ontology, epistemology, and ethics are three branches of the main branches of philosophy. These three branches are defined as independent variables in the present study and their impact on the dependent variable of management has been investigated. In connection with organizational ontology, it has been shown that managers' perception of the kind of existence their organizations have, can affect their perceptions of their organizational mission. The subject of organizational epistemology leads to the conclusion that the branch of epistemology can help managers fill in the existing gaps between knowledge and practice. The most important consequence of organizational ethics is that the managers are the ethics teachers of their organization. The relationship between wisdom and organizational maturity is the last topic discussed in this paper t variables in the present study and their impact on the dependent variable of management has been investigated. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of environmental sensitivity on , Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour, considering the role of mediating effect of Social comparison nudge and Green nudge. The purpose of this study is descriptive and survey method. The statistical sample in this study was 189 employees of the environmental organization of Semnan province who were selected randomly. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares method was used. The findings indicate that the instrument of measuring is well-suited and its reliability coefficient is more than 0.7 for all research structures. The results indicate that environmental sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour. Also the environmental sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Social comparison nudge and Green nudge. On the other hand, the Social comparison nudge has a negative and significant effect on the Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour, but the Green nudge has a positive and significant effect on these behaviors. In addition, the Social comparison nudge and Green nudge does not play the role of mediation between environmental sensitivity and Employee Pro-Environmental Behaviour. With notice of ignoring the role and importance of organizational nudges, it can be said that this research has a novel and fresh look at this category, which can lead to the emergence of more nudges to improve and strengthen behaviors in the organizational arena.

Environmental and social challenges have drawn considerable attention to sustainable development. Given the fact that human being is both the goal of and the factor of development, the human factor is considered as one of the most significant factors in attaining the highest level of sustainability. Digital transformation also represents a fresh challenge for organizations, which is the reason behind the special attention to digital human resource management. Thus, the present study aims to propose a model of human resource management to achieve the positive outcomes of digital transformation according to the sustainability criteria. The need to expand the sustainable/digital dynamic capabilities of human resource management is also felt to become successful at facing the challenges of sustainability and digital transformation. The study applies a combination of six research methods including Meta-Synthesis, Thematic Analysis, Interpretive Structural Model (ISM), Cognitive Rating Cluster Map, DEMATEL, and Analytic Network Process (ANP), and it represents the final model with 3 approaches, 3 aspects and 9 dimensions.

This article presents a simulation model of a bus line queuing system in order to study and improve it's performance. By this model one can imitate the behavior of this system and provide a decision support system for it and similar systems. Such models can analyze the impact of changes in main variables on the performance of system.
The model developed through identifying performance criteria of system, stochastic and deterministic variables and determining main Events that impact these criteria and variables.
Greatest average waiting time of each customer, Greatest average queue length in each bus station and Greatest average idle time of each bus are the performance criteria of a bus line queuing system should be assessed

The aim of this study was designing and testing model of the effect of knowledge motivation characteristic on motivational processes with mediating role of psychological empowerment, promotion regulatory focus and learning goal orientation employees of Khuzestan Steel Co. The statistical population included employees of Khuzestan Steel Company. A sample of 350 persons was selected through stratified random sampling. Job characteristics (Morgeson & Homphery), learning goal orientation (VandeWalle), Psychological Empowerment (Spreitzer), Promotion Regulatory Focus (Wallace), Goal Generation (Bindel) and Goal Striving (Bindel et al) questionnaires were used. The path analysis method was used through AMOS-23 and SPSS-23 software packages for data analysis. also Preacher and Hayes Bootstrap procedure was used for testing indirect hypotheses in the proposed model. The findings of the study indicated that the proposed model fit the data relatively proper. Better fit and more significant results were obtained by correlating the errors of the two paths proposed AMOS modification indices. The results of the study confirmed direct hypothesis. In the case of indirect relationships, the results showed that all of the indirect hypotheses were confirmed. In addition the result showed that motivational states (psychological empowerment, promotion regulatory focus and learning goal orientation) have an indirect effect on the relationship between knowledge motivation characteristic and motivational processes (goal generation and goal striving). Also, the results showed that knowledge motivation characteristic had the positive effect on Motivational processes and ultimately organizational outputs.

In the competitive world of today, which is marked by uncertainty, people behavior towards risk is a success factor in decision - making. The present paper has investigated the effect of the extent of risk - taking by managing directors on financial performance of the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. The managing directors' extent of risk - taking was measured by using the standard questionnaire designed by Likert Scale. In order to measure the said companies' financial performance, these indicators were used: Return on Assets, Return on Stockholders Equity, Sale Growth & Net Profit Growth. Given that attitude towards risk vary in profit and loss situations, the relation between the extent of risk - taking and each of the financial indicators was studied separately in either situation. Results of the study only indicate a significant direct relation between a managing director's extent of risk - taking and Return on Assets in profit situations. Regarding the relation between the managing directors' personal characteristics and their extent of risk• taking as byproducts of the research, there is only a significant direct relation between the managing directors' risk - taking extent and their age and managerial experience in loss situations.

Business model innovation is defined as new, non-partial and designed changes in key elements or the architecture of the relationships between these elements in a company's business model. BMI is a large new form of organizational innovation that requires theorizing, implementation and testing. In recent years a lot of research has been done on the subject of business model innovation and has faced an exponential growth in the interest of researchers and executives. This highlights the need for more conceptual and empirical research on BMI and some refinements in this area in order to gain a better understanding of this phenomenon. In this article, while reviewing previous research related to this field in the period 1980 to 2020 in Scopus database, using the Meta-Synthesis qualitative method, the business model innovation drivers are identified and categorized. Finally, 9 drivers (Competitive pressure, technology pressure, external environmental changes, external stakeholders, market development opportunities, management thinking model, internal challenges, internal capabilities and internal strategy stimulation) were identified by explaining their impact on business model innovation and a conceptual model is presented.

The purpose of this study was "Relationship between psychological empowerment and Effective factors of the productivity of human resources. This study was a descriptive study that was conducted in manner correlation and the type of target, was applications And the survey was used for gathering data. all facilities department staff of different branches of Bank Melli of Mash’had were chosen randomly as the sample. The data were collected by the Spreitzer’sstandard psychological empowerment questionnaire with a 92% reliability coefficient as well as the Goldsmith’s Effective factors of productivity of human resources standard questionnaire with a 93% reliability coefficient. The data were also analyzed by the Pearson’s correlation test, linear regression analysis, and T-test. The results show that psychological empowerment and Effective factors of productivity of human resources have a positive and significant relation (52%) and based on the findings, the psychological empowerment predicts a 30% of productivity for human resources among the staff. As can be suggested by the results, the factor impact as one of the psychological empowerment components with a β= 46% has the most meaningful effect on the Effective factors of productivity of human resources with a 5% level. The positive coefficient suggests that the higher the factor, the higher the productivity for human resources. It is recommended that organizations apply the different methods for the psychological empowerment creation and reinforcement to improve the productivity of human resources and ultimately the organizational productivity.
