This study performed at ...  Read More Based on organizational learning theory, the main objective of this study was to examine the relationship between transactive memory systems, Exploitative learning and team performance with regard to the role of moderator strategic orientations in the knowledge-based companies. This study performed at Niroo Research Institute in Tehran. The philosophy of the research is positivism and the strategy is surveying. Therefore, after reviewing the literature and designing the conceptual model, a questionnaire consisted of 29 questions presented to staff members. Then, the data were gathered and analyzed through correlation matrix, structural equation model and fitness test. The results of the data analysis show that transactive memory systems has a significant impact on Exploitative learning, Exploitative learning has a significant impact on team performance and also strategic orientations moderates relationship between Exploitative learning and team performance and in other words, strategic orientations will strengthen the relationship between exploitative learning and team performance

Moreover, according to the effect of financial and physical damages due industrial accident on company performance, attention to safety management competency have been so necessary. In this study, using the model that proposed by Chang et al. key competencies of the industrial safety managers have been investigated. Theory sampling has been used to collect data. Therefore to determine the priority of competencies the questionnaires were distributed between  10 safety , health and environment directors and based on Fuzzy Prospect Theory, Multi Attribute Decision Making called Fuzzy Todim, data has been analysed. According to the research results , the ability to identify the social and psychological risks , project management, health and safety and environment, the ability to identify environmental risks have preference in order to planning for enhancement. The results can help the factory managers in developing training programs to upgrade the skills of staff safety , health and environment.

Organizational silence is considered to be a social phenomenon that is happened by several factors in the organization and influences the important organizational results. This research has been done with using a meta-analysis method and with the aim of quantitative compilation of the results of done researches on the factors affecting organizational silence and its implications in Iran and using the comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA) for analyzing the data. In this study, were selected and and 21 dependnt different variables from these studies 30 independnt were Indentified. The results of this study showed that the variables of organizational identity, effective communication, positive organizational behavior, individual factors, management factors, social factors, organizational factors and managerial attitudes had the most effect on organizational silence in Iranian organizations. Also, the results of this study showed that organizational silence affects important organizational variables such as organizational entrepreneurship, employee psychological empowerment, job engagement, occupational stress, cardiacity, emotional attack and work happiness. تأثیر قرار می­دهد

Research is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the application and in terms of how it is collected. ...  Read More   The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dimensions of mental well-being on exclusion from the workplace with regard to the moderating role of emotional intelligence. Research is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the application and in terms of how it is collected. The statistical population of the study was employees of the welfare organization of Guilan province, numbering 588 people. Using a single-cluster randomized sampling method, 220 people from the statistical population of the study were studied through Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method higher than 0.7. This indicates the reliability is desirable and the validity of the questionnaire was determined by content validity and the opinion of the supervisor and the convergent validity was calculated. In order to analyze the information in the descriptive statistics section, using SPSS software and inferential statistics and hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling was used by Smart PLS software. The findings of this study show that emotional intelligence has a moderating role in influencing the dimensions of mental well-being and exclusion from the work environment in the welfare organization of Guilan province. This means that by enhancing mental well-being and emotional intelligence, the amount of exclusion from the workplace decreases.

In this respect, using computerized networks and integrated systems are increasing daily. this paper is about to evaluate the efficiency of implementing such systems on the process of proper decision making aiming to achieve to the prospected goals of enterprises considering the high costs of implementing integrated systems due to providing hardware and software. This paper aims to define the indicators and ingredients of evaluating the efficiency of integrated systems. Through the integrated designing of process with using integrated application within internal aspect of enterprise and using web tools in the form of integrated web portals on intranet and/or internet network platforms regarding to external aspect of enterprises, the implementation of integrated systems could be possible. In this respect XML language and SOAP. Iran Insurance Company customers in ...  Read More The Aim of the research is to study the moderating role of service failure in the relationship between a three-set of personality traits as independent variables, and switching behavior as dependent. It is an applied explanatory research and of correlational nature. Iran Insurance Company customers in Ilam Province served as the research population. A convenience sample was taken, the size of which is measured using Cochran’s formula. Following an initial study within the research structure, a standard instrument is administered, the face as well as the content validity of which was approved by some experts and academicians and its reliability was supported by 0.852 value of Cronbach's Alpha. Factor Analysis together with multivariate analysis, all set the framework of the research to analyze the data. Findings show that all the three independent variables including personality traits, emotional intelligence, and relationship involvement are in a significant relationship with the consumers’ switching behavior and the statistical fitness of the research model is also confirmed, i.e. although the service failure moderates the relationship between the three independent variables from a side, and the switching behavior as the dependent variable from the other side, but the effect is not that significant

Given the crucial role of human resources and employee behavior in Quality Management Services, the aim of this study is to survey the impact of perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment and leader-member exchange on organizational commitment and its consequences on the quality of service in the banking industry. This is descriptive, correlational and practical study. Statistical population is all of employees of pasarged bank branches in Tehran and its customers. By Clustering method, 322 employees have been selected and by simple random sampling 322 customers were selected. In this paper Eisenberger perceived organizational support questionnaire, Spreitzer psychological empowerment questionnaire, Liden & Maslyn LMX questionnaire, Allen & Meyer organizational commitment questionnaire and Parasuraman SERVQUAL questionnaire have been used for data gathering. For analyzing data Lisrel and SPSS softwares were used. Results showed that POS, PE and LMX affect OC and have relationship with QOS. A suggestion in human resource development strategies in order to compete in the service sector of the banking industry is that manager should pay more attention to the factors affecting organizational commitment, that is not only creating a reward system. Success of a bank in attracting customers and maintaining them depended on the service that employees provide to customers, hence, the role of employees and their organizational behavior is highlight and providing services quality is one of challenges in organizational behavior and human resources field and is related to organizational commitment, Leadership, perceived of organizational support and psychological empowerment of employees.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of challenge demands and hindrance demands on job engagement and determining the most effective indicators of challenge demands and hindrance demands. Data were collected from 80 employees of Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development of Municipality of Mashhad by questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis and structural equation modeling were used. The results showed that challenge demands affect on job engagement positively and hindrance demands affect on job engagement negatively. Other results show that time urgency affect on challenge demands more than other factors and organizational politics effect on hindrance demands more than other factors. In addition the results also show that in the scope of study job engagement and challenge demands level is more than moderate and hindrance demands level is moderate

The statistical population ...  Read More The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional deprivation, social companionship and loneliness in organization with wellbeing in work while examining the effect of job control moderator. This study was applied in a descriptive and surveyed manner. The statistical population of this study was 212 employees of public organizations of Semnan who were selected through Accessible sampling. Structural equations’ modeling was used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software. To assess the validity of convergent validity, the software was used and the cronbach alpha was used to fit the reliability, and its coefficient for all research structures was more than 0.7. The results show that emotional deprivation has a positive and significant effect on loneliness in organization, but social Companionship has a negative and significant effect on the level of employee loneliness. The results of the research confirmed the positive and significant effect of loneliness and wellbeing in work. Also, loneliness in the organization mediates the relationship between emotional deprivation and wellbeing, but does not mediate the relationship between social companionship and wellbeing. Nevertheless, job control modifies the relationship between loneliness in organization and sense of wellbeing.
